SELF PICKUP GUIDELINES

 

1.     Orders will be processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday only)

2.     Preparation of the order may take 1–2 working days.

3.     Please check your email notification for your self-pickup status.

4.     Orders can only be collected after you receive an email stating “YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP.” The email will also include the boutique address for collection.

5.     Kindly collect your order within 7 working days after the status changes to “READY FOR PICKUP.”

6.     If you are unable to come personally, you may arrange a runner (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) to collect the order on your behalf.

7.     During pickup, please provide your Order ID and the receiver’s full name for verification.
