RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Online Customer

All items purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the defect/fault is confirmed to be from HQ. Return shipping cost for approved defective items will be borne by HQ (T&C applied).

Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, or “The color is different from the website” will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of shipment confirmation email and must comply with the following conditions:
• Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn
• Item(s) must be in original condition
• Item(s) must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

All returned item(s) are subject to strict quality control (QC) inspection and approval. Exchange is subject to stock availability (color and size). Sale and discounted item(s) are strictly not eligible for exchange.

Only purchases made via our official website or authorized agents are eligible for exchange. Once approved, exchange is allowed for another color or product code of the same price.

 

Boutique Customer
